Dome Printing

This project consisted of a tenant improvement of a 320,000 SF, printing facility, included facilitating over 200 pieces of printing and binding equipment, manufacturing warehouse climate control, 80,000 SF of racking, 40,000 SF of high-end office build out, with 9-month schedule and early occupancy in the manufacturing warehouse within 5 months. Exterior improvements included a large canopy, entrance facade, parking lot renovations, and landscaping.

Gateway Community Charter

This project is a Tenant Improvement converting an 18,500 square foot Air Force bowling alley at McClellan Business Park into the Gateway Community Charter School.
